Software Products Copyright Protection

Writup grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, global license to use the software it provides to you as part of its services. The only goal of an authorized license is to give you the freedom to use and benefit from the Services as supplied by Writup in the ways specified by the Terms & Conditions.

In addition to other intellectual property laws and treaties, all versions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are shielded from infringement by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.

Subscription License

Upon registration, individual users can access our programs on the website for free without subscription charges as well being notified with all software updates and get technical help. We shall only impose enterprise fees.

Subscription Details

Subscription and Auto-Renewal

For Writup Business or Writup AI plans, you can opt for monthly or yearly subscriptions. Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly or yearly basis (where applicable).please refer to the specific event rules for promotional prices during special periods.

Subscription Member Management

During your subscription, if you need to add team members, you can purchase additional seats in the team settings. If any member leaves, your team retains the purchased seat, and you can invite new members equal to the remaining seat count to join your team.

Free Trial Policy

Writup offers new users a free trial of the Writup Business and Writup AI plans. During the free trial period, no charges apply. Three days before the trial period ends, we'll send an email reminder. If you don't cancel the subscription before the trial ends, Writup will automatically charge via the payment method you provided.

Member Management During the Free Trial Period

Adding team members is not supported during the free trial. If any member leaves, the team retains the number of your seats during the trial period, and you can invite new members to your team equal to the number of remaining seats.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription any time before the end of the subscription period or free trial. After cancellation, you can continue to enjoy all paid features until the end of the current subscription or billing period.

Software Upgrades

The updates are for occasional improvements, enhancements and development of the Service and may take the form of bug fixes, enhancements, new software modules and completely new versions. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of the Service (and authorize Writup to deliver them to you).

After-sale Maintenance & Technical Support

For enterprise users, your initial Writup product purchase includes upgrades and maintenance, including email support and remote assistance for a set amount of time. Depending on the product and license type you buy, the maintenance and upgrade period's length varies.

Separation of Components

Each piece of software that Writup releases is given a distinct product license. Its components cannot be disassembled for usage on further computers.

Software Transfer

If the receiver accepts the conditions of the EULA, you may permanently transfer all of your rights under the EULA of the software you use.

User Relationship Termination

The Terms & Conditions will remain in effect until cancelled as described below by either you or Writup.

If Writup has given you the opportunity to do so, you can close your accounts for all of the Services you use and notify Writup at any time that you want to end your legal relationship.

Your official written notice should be addressed to the Writup email address, support@boardmix.com.

If Writup is required to do so by law (for example, where the provision of the Services to you is, or becomes, unlawful); or

If Writup is transitioning to no longer providing the Services to users in the area in which you are resident or from which you use the service; or If the provision of the Services to you by Writup is, in Writup’s opinion, no longer commercially viable.

You must remove all copies of the software product and all of its parts after your contract with Writup is over. Writup has the right to end your legal agreement at any time.

If you have violated any term of the agreement (or acted in a way that makes it obvious that you don't want to, or are unable to, comply with the terms);

No Liability for Damages

Even if the creator of this software is aware of the possibility of such damages and is aware of any known flaws, under no circumstances shall the creator of Writup Software be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this product.

Changes to the Terms & Conditions

The Terms may occasionally be modified by Writup. Writup will update this page with the most recent version of the Terms whenever these changes are made.

Cancellation and Refund

Writup appreciates your support for our products. As with any shopping experience, terms and conditions need to be applied to transactions at Writup. Please note by ordering at Writup, or/and applying for a refund, you agree with Writup's Terms and Conditions and Writup's Privacy Policy.

Most Writup products offer a free trial version for customers to download directly from our site and to make an informed and satisfied purchase decision. Such free trial versions may have watermark appearing on the exporting file, or have limited functions/resources compared to full versions.

Writup offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on its annual subscription plan and lifetime plan, including Writup and other products purchased from Writup-belonged online stores. Refunds will be approved within this 30-calendar day guarantee period, under the general refundable circumstances as listed in our policies.

Whereas our products/services are software as the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, and this Writup's Terms and Conditions is a distance contract, therefore, if you are a residence in any of the member states of the European Union, you hereby acknowledge and consent to lose your right of withdrawal. Consequently, if your situation is not eligible for a return or refund as described in our Refund Policy, you are not eligible for a return/refund.
