1. Introduction to Writup Terms & Conditions

You may access the AI-powered services and platform on this website (writup.ai) provided by Writup, subject to the following terms, conditions, and restrictions. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

With your explicit permission, we may send you information on platform upgrades, new AI features, newsletters, and special offers tailored to your interests, in order to better understand your requirements and improve our service.

2. Intellectual Property and Service License

Writup grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, global license to access and use the web-based software it provides as part of its services. The sole purpose of this authorized license is to allow you to use and benefit from the Services provided by Writup in the ways permitted by these Terms & Conditions.

All algorithms, website designs, text, graphics, and proprietary AI models (the "Platform") are the exclusive property of Writup and are shielded from infringement by copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our platform.

3. Account Registration and Subscriptions

To use the core features of Writup, users are required to register an account and maintain an active paid subscription. We offer various billing cycles (e.g., monthly or annually) for both individual professionals and enterprise teams. Writup reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or introduce new premium features at our discretion.

4. Service Updates and AI Enhancements

We continuously strive to improve the Writup platform. Updates are for occasional improvements, enhancements, and development of the Service and may take the form of bug fixes, new AI models, enhanced user interfaces, and completely new modules. You agree to receive and utilize such updates automatically as part of your use of the cloud-based Service.

5. Technical Support

For users with an active subscription, your Writup plan includes ongoing maintenance and technical assistance, primarily via email support. For enterprise-level users, priority support or remote assistance may be provided based on the specific service level agreement (SLA) purchased.

6. Termination of User Relationship

These Terms & Conditions will remain in effect until cancelled by either you or Writup as described below.

You can close your account and cancel your subscription for all of the Services you use at any time within your account settings, thereby notifying Writup that you want to end your legal relationship with us.

Writup may terminate or suspend your legal relationship and access to the Services immediately if:

• You have violated any term of this agreement (including, but not limited to, sharing accounts, attempting to bypass billing, or generating illegal/harmful content);
• Writup is required to do so by law (for example, where the provision of the Services to you is, or becomes, unlawful); or
• Writup is transitioning to no longer providing the Services to users in the jurisdiction in which you reside; or
• The provision of the Services to you by Writup is, in Writup's sole opinion, no longer commercially viable.

Upon termination of this agreement, your right to access the platform will be immediately revoked. Writup reserves the right to delete your stored data and generated content in accordance with our data retention policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall Writup, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, SEO ranking penalties, business interruption, loss of business data, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use, AI-generated outputs, or inability to use this platform, even if Writup has been advised of the possibility of such damages. AI-generated content is provided "as is," and users are responsible for reviewing its accuracy before publication.

8. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

These Terms may occasionally be modified by Writup to reflect changes in the law, our features, or our business practices. Writup will update this page with the most recent version of the Terms whenever these changes are made. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
