Intellectual Property & License

Writup grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, global license to access and use the web-based software it provides as part of its services. The sole purpose of this authorized license is to enable you to use and benefit from the Services provided by Writup, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

All content, algorithms, and versions of the Writup platform are protected by copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties.

Account Registration & Access

Upon registration, users must create an account to access our platform. Continued access to premium features, AI generation capabilities, and saved projects requires an active paid subscription. Writup reserves the right to modify subscription tiers and feature availability at any time.

Subscription Details

Subscription and Auto-Renewal

For our premium plans, you can opt for monthly or yearly subscriptions. Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly or yearly basis (where applicable). Please refer to our pricing page for promotional prices during special periods.

Subscription Member Management

During your subscription, if you need to add team members, you can purchase additional seats in the team settings. If any member leaves, your team retains the purchased seat, and you can invite new members equal to the remaining seat count to join your team.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, you can continue to enjoy all paid features until the end of your current paid period. No prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

Service Updates

We continuously improve our platform. Updates may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced AI models, new features, or completely new interfaces. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of the web-based Service.

Technical Support

Your active Writup subscription includes technical maintenance and email support. For enterprise users, remote assistance or priority support may be provided based on the specific custom agreement.

User Relationship Termination

These Terms & Conditions will remain in effect until cancelled by either you or Writup.

You can close your account and cancel your subscription within your account settings at any time to end your legal relationship with us.

Writup may terminate your legal relationship with you if:

• You have violated any term of the agreement (e.g., abusing the AI, sharing accounts, or fraudulent payments);
• Writup is required to do so by law; or
• Writup is transitioning to no longer providing the Services in your region.

Upon termination, your access to the Writup platform will be revoked, and Writup reserves the right to delete your generated content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No Liability for Damages

Under no circumstances shall Writup or its creators be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, SEO ranking drops, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to the Terms & Conditions

These Terms may occasionally be modified by Writup. Writup will update this page with the most recent version of the Terms whenever changes are made.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Writup appreciates your support. As with any online purchase, specific terms apply to your transactions. By subscribing to Writup, or applying for a refund, you agree to Writup's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Because our services provide immediate access to digital content and AI generation resources, users residing in the European Union acknowledge and consent to lose their standard right of withdrawal once the service is accessed, except as explicitly covered by our 30-day guarantee for Pro plan subscription.
